This suite includes a glam station with vanity lights, a craft table, and two chic lounge setups ideal for interviews, tutorials, and visual storytelling. Perfect for: - Hair/beauty content creators - Crafting or DIY content filming - Lifestyle podcast interviews - VIP client work or brand shoots Pricing Options: - Hourly: $60/hr - *Half-Day (4 hrs): $225 - *Full-Day (8 hrs): $400 - *Monthly Studio Queen Membership: $695 (includes 6 bookings up to 4 hrs each) - *Luxury Creator Package (Zen + Oasis + Courtyard access): $950/month *Email or fill out our contact form for more information on additional passes and access.
Cancellation Policy
QUEENDOM STUDIOS BOOKING POLICY Welcome to Queendom Studios! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients and creatives, the following policy applies to all bookings. 1. HOURLY SUITE BOOKINGS Definition: An hourly suite booking refers to the rental of one suite (Courtyard, Oasis, Zen, or Queen Suite) for an hourly rate with a minimum 2-hour reservation. Booking Requirements: • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • 2-hour minimum required. You may book additional hours in 1-hour increments. • A 15-minute buffer (before and after) is included in your time slot for setup and teardown. Deposits & Payments: • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your time slot. • Remaining balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled session. • Unpaid balances will result in automatic cancellation. Rescheduling & Cancellations: • Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit to a future booking. • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) forfeit all payments. Overtime: • Overtime is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate, charged in 30-minute increments. • Any session that extends past its booking time without prior approval is subject to this rate. ________________________________________ 2. WHOLE STUDIO RENTALS Definition: Whole Studio Rentals grant access to all suites, the foyer/lounge area, and kitchen appliances for private events, full-scale productions, or brand activations. Booking Requirements: • Minimum 3-hour rental required. • Must be booked at least 5 business days in advance. • A studio tour and signed rental agreement are required prior to approval. Deposits & Payments: • A $100 or fu deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date. • Final payment is due 72 hours (3 days) before your rental date. • Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received and contract is signed. Rescheduling & Cancellations: • Cancellations made with 72+ hours’ notice may transfer deposit to a new date (within 60 days). • Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit all payments. • No-shows are charged the full rate. Liability: • Renter is responsible for any damage to property, furniture, or equipment. • Renter is responsible for the behavior of their guests during rental. Setup & Breakdown: • Booking time must include setup and breakdown. Overage will be billed at $100/hr.
