Cancellation Policy

MEMBER BOOKINGS Definition: Monthly members are entitled to reserved hours, discounts, and exclusive perks as outlined in their membership plan. Scheduling: • Members must book using the dedicated member portal or via email at least 48 hours in advance. • Members are encouraged to pre-schedule monthly hours to ensure availability. • Only one active suite session may be scheduled at a time. Cancellations: • Members may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. • Missed appointments without notice count against your monthly allotment. • No refunds or rollovers of unused hours (unless an emergency is communicated). Guest & Usage Rules: • Member sessions are for the use of the member and up to 2 guests (additional guests must be approved). • Membership privileges may be suspended for repeated no-shows, misuse of space, or violation of studio guidelines. ________________________________________ GENERAL STUDIO POLICIES (Apply to All Bookings) Arrival & Departure: • Please arrive on time for your session. Early entry is not permitted unless authorized. • Sessions must end on time to avoid overtime charges. Cleanliness: • Leave the suite in the condition you found it. Dispose of trash, reset props, and tidy up. • Cleaning/reset fees may be charged for excessive mess or damage. Conduct: • Queendom Studios is a professional space. No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior allowed. • We reserve the right to terminate a session with no refund for violation of policies. Equipment Use: • Equipment may only be used as instructed. Misuse or damage will result in repair fees.
